Fraternity Grant for Leadership Programming
Phi Sigma Sigma's Leadership Conference (LC), which is attended by 900+ collegiate women, is designed to bring together leaders for specialized programming and training. Leadership development for executive board officers and organization volunteers is the primary focus of LC. The conferences – which are also attended by chapter advisors, other alumnae volunteers, and Headquarters staff – illustrate Phi Sigma Sigma’s continuing commitment to strengthening the Fraternity by offering even more personal development opportunities to sisters of every age.
Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI®) is a five-day institute that brings together fraternity men and sorority women from across North America to create opportunities to explore, define, and enhance their leadership skills, personal awareness, commitment to their fraternity or sorority, and grow to expect values-based action from themselves and those they lead. In 2017, the Foundation funded 11 scholarships for Phi Sigma Sigma sisters to attend UIFI. Click here to see the most recent winners of our UIFI Scholarships.
2017 UIFI Scholarship application cycle is now closed. The 2018 applications will be available in December 2017.
